Dear comrades,
On the occasion of your 4th Congress, the International Commission of the Young Communists of Belgium (JCB) sends its warm congratulations and best wishes to all members of the FJC.
Amidst ever increasing imperialist contradictions we salute you for your steadfast defence of Marxist-Leninist principles as a key member in the renewed communist ideological front. Your opposition to the social-democratic Morena government is of special importance. Furthermore we thank you for your consistent struggle against global imperialism. In particular your solidarity with the people of Cuba and Latin America in the face of growing imperialist tensions and in defense of the socialist revolution and the international working class.
May the reflection of your practical experience and ideological development over the past years be fruitful. We hope to learn from your discussions to form the correct strategies and tactics in relation to youth, the party, the working class and mass movements. As a youth organisation without a party, we recognise our task in building the communist party of tomorrow and strengthening our ties with the international communist youth movement.
We wish you every success at the Congress and in your efforts to further build a strong and principled Communist Youth organization which will furbish the cadres of the future Mexican Socialist Revolution.
